Li'i Li'i Bok

Tiny bite size bok choy. It's a fun, miniature bok choy.  No cutting needed. Great as a nutritious snack, steamed, garnish, etc. Grown indoors.  Fantastic side for soup or saimin.  1oz is about 35-40 tiny bok choy.  One of our favorites here at 'Ano Farms.  This bok is a must have in all Hawai'i kitchens.
 
This variety of Bok Choy origin comes from Hong Kong. Local legend holds that an old man first began cultivating this variety and spreading seeds to fellow villagers.  He asked only that the vaiety remain in the village.  But after outsiders came in the night to steal seeds, this bok choy variety became famous across Hong Kong and eventyally the globe.
